My comment: The genes cannot be responsible for any developmental disorders because morphological and behavioral phenotypes arise in the context of RNA-mediated events that differentiate cell types via amino acid substitutions.

Genetically distinct behavioral disorders are RNA-mediated just like genetically distinct diseases that are manifested in the different morphology of cell types in different tissues of different organs in different organ systems of different organisms.
