The Sum of Our Parts

I decided to comment on this, again, and post a comment to “The Scientist” after Jay R. Feireman, who banned me from participation on the International Society for Human Ethology yahoo group, posted a link to the article. Feierman has done more than anyone else I know to prevent the accurate dissemination of information about biologically-based cause and effect.
My comment: The microbiome links what is currently known about nutritional epigenetics to pharmacogenomic testing and precision medicine via links from the epigenetic landscape to the physical landscape of DNA in all organized genomes.

In species from microbes to man, the conserved molecular mechanisms of biophysically constrained RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions, which establish the basis for the chemistry of biologically-based diversity, are obviously nutrient-dependent, and the pheromone-controlled physiology of reproduction links metabolic networks to genetic networks.

Ask why so few serious scientists have learned anything about RNA-mediated cell type differentiation during the past decade or two before performing a simple Google search for “RNA mediated“.
“The Sum Of Our Parts” is RNA-mediated, because the biophysically constrained chemistry of nutrient-dependent RNA-mediated protein folding links our nutrient-dependent parts to the physiology of reproduction and the nutrient-dependent parts of all genera. Viruses perturb protein folding, which is how they perturb the development of the nutrient-dependent parts.
That is why the understanding of the innate immune system of all genera has become more important to serious scientists who are Combating Evolution to Fight Disease.
